The Classes

Hatha Sweat Hatha Primal

All Levels — Medium to high intensity class
Hot Yoga is a heated Hatha yoga class with traditional yoga postures. Poses and breathing techniques are practiced in a room heated to 36 degrees celsius. These classes are intended to solidify your Hatha yoga practice while opening, strengthening and detoxifying your body. These classes will transform you on all levels: physically, mentally and spiritually.
Expect to raise your heart rate to moderate levels and to sweat a lot!

Hatha Primal

All Levels — Low to medium intensity class
Primal is a perfect format for beginners. This smaller size class focuses on improving your basic understanding of yoga and building a safe and sustainable practice. It helps you to find your alignment, balance, strength and energetic flows. The teacher will assist you in modifying your postures to enable you to achieve a better technique.
Expect a slower class, but with more concentration and focus! Primal is suitable for all levels and is a good class for beginners and intermediate level students alike.

Yin Yoga

All Levels — Low intensity class
Yin Yoga classes involve staying in postures for longer than in a regular class. The style is designed to balance, calm, recharge and repair. Supported by props including bolsters, blankets and straps, these poses allow your entire body to stretch gently and release deep-held physical and mental blockages. Yin Yoga classes perfectly complement the more rigorous yoga styles and are enhanced with mindfulness and deep breathing.

Prenatal Yoga

All Levels — Low intensity class
Our gentle Prenatal yoga practice is specially adapted to your needs at this important time. Prenatal Yoga will help you to balance your body and mind while gently toning and stretching. Classes include poses and breathing techniques that can help you in labour, as well as daily life! You will be encouraged to understand your body better and focus on key areas for your pregnancy (such as the pelvic floor).

Flow Hatha

All Levels — Medium to high intensity class
Flow blends flowing poses and sequences that are linked with the breath. It’s a dynamic style of yoga that brings together body, mind, and breath through the use of physical posture and can be easily adjusted to the capacity of each individual.
Expect to raise your heart rate and perspire in this energizing class!

Kids Fix

Yoga is well-known as a beneficial practice for children to help them build their strength and motor skills. Mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, relaxation and focus are also great benefits for growing young minds.
The class begins with full-body dynamic warm-ups and preparatory poses for backbends and inversions. You will work on your core and hip flexors, and stretch out the spine and front torso.
